To run HD or URP, LW RP, you need to import the resource package into the HD or URP, LW RP project, and then import the support resource package into the "HD and LW RP Support" folder or the resources in Unity 2019.3+"HD and URP Support". It will replace shaders, preforms, meshes, so it can be used for RP out of the box. Also view the readme file in this folder.

The resource package
